Work Location: This is a remote position based in Latin America, serving teams and projects located in the United States.
Position overview:
Responsibilities
Assist in the planning, execution, and closing of projects.
Support the project team in adhering to project timelines and milestones.
Help facilitate Agile ceremonies (e.g., daily stand-ups, sprint planning) as needed.
Collaborate with team members to prepare project roadmaps.
Assist in documenting project requirements, processes, and status reports.
Communicate with stakeholders to provide updates and resolve blockers.
Work with various teams to ensure accurate information sharing on related projects.
Maintain project-related information on platforms like Confluence or similar tools.

Familiarity with visual diagramming tools (e.g., Visio, Lucidchart, Excalidraw, Claude, etc.)
Ability to use AI tools such as Claude, Gemini, Jira’s Rovo, etc.
Experience: 1+ years of experience serving as a TPM
Education & Certifications
Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Electronics, Computer Science, Business Administration)
Project Management or Scrum Master certification (desired, but not required)
